Levi Collins
Founder, President & CEO
Levi Collins is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Securi-Staff, bringing over 20 years of experience in security operations, emergency management, and organizational leadership across the private sector.
Levi's career spans armed and unarmed security, executive protection, operations management, and emergency preparedness, with hands-on experience leading personnel, managing high-risk environments, and building scalable security programs from the ground up. He has overseen security operations for commercial properties, residential communities and events, while also serving in leadership roles responsible for training, deployment strategy, and operational continuity.
In addition to frontline and supervisory experience, Levi has worked extensively in business continuity planning, emergency management frameworks, and crisis response coordination, ensuring organizations are prepared not just for daily operations, but for disruptive events. His leadership philosophy centers on professionalism, accountability, and building systems that support both security professionals and the communities they serve.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, Levi sets the strategic vision for Securi-Staff—designing a platform that modernizes how security professionals connect with opportunities, while raising standards across the industry. His mission is to move security staffing beyond short-term labor models and toward a trusted, professional ecosystem built on transparency, readiness, and real-world experience.
Xavier Robinson
VP of Security Operations & Compliance
Xavier Robinson serves as Vice President of Security Operations & Compliance at Securi-Staff, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across law enforcement, executive protection, emergency management, and private security operations.
Xavier has held command-level and supervisory roles responsible for managing personnel, enforcing compliance standards, and leading operations in high-stakes environments. His background includes experience in municipal policing, special investigations, human trafficking task force operations, correctional environments, and multi-agency emergency response, giving him a comprehensive understanding of operational risk and professional accountability.
Throughout his career, Xavier has overseen:
